Department of Defense Communications Audit

When a client became the Undersecretary of Personnel and Readiness (responsible for human resources, human capital development and personnel logistics) under then U.S. Department of Defense Secretary Robert Gates, he asked Jeanine Moss to find efficiencies in the directorate’s communications programs. Working at the Pentagon, Jeanine Moss led a large-scale communications audit from concept to execution that encouraged Defense leaders to think differently about communications and paved the way for the first strategic communications function at one of the highest levels in the Department of Defense.
